Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

All orders will be provided with tracking details once dispatched. Please allow up to 24hours for the courier service to update these details.

We will work hard to process and dispatch any express delivery orders as soon as the order is placed. 

*During busy periods, please allow up to 48-72 hours for orders to be processed and 5-7 days to be delivered. please note business days does not inlcude public holidays, so orders may be delayed due to this. 

Parcels will be sent via Royal mail tracked delivery, larger items will be sent via DHL. International orders will be sent via DHL.

European shipping:- Shipping can take up to 5-7 working days. Shipping prices can change due to the weight of the final products being dispatched. This will be shown at the checkout.

International shipping:- Shipping can take up to 7-10 days. Shipping prices can change due to the weight of the final products being dispatched and the destination. This will be shown at the checkout.

Regarding customs tax and duties charges:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary from country to country, as such, Huna Collections is not responsible for any extra charges that may occur, therefore, we recommend checking with the customs authorities in your country before placing orders. 

Any delays due to customs clearance or import duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Huna Collections. If you fail to comply with any rules set by your countries’ duties department you will unfortunately be liable for any additional fees incurred for returns back to us and redelivery.
