Returns

We hope you are happy with your order! However, in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return. Provided that a return is requested and the item is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.

NB: we do not offer exchanges on any items and we do not offer a refund on any sale items. 

Any items that are faulty have to be reported to us within 4 days of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item appears damaged or worn. All tags must be intact when returning an item. In case of this, the item will be returned back to you and you will be charged for the redelivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the charges for shipping any items. We advise using a tracked delivery service for added security and retaining a proof of postage.
